TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Burn the Blueprint – 4-Week Self-Paced Course

Please read carefully. By purchasing this program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) between Wayward Wellness Coaching LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and you (“Client,” “you”).

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Company agrees to provide access to Burn the Blueprint, a 4-week self-paced digital course designed to help participants identify and dismantle outdated beliefs, nervous system patterns, and conditioning that no longer align with who they are.

The Program includes:

  • Pre-recorded video content
  • A digital workbook
  • Guided practices and reflections
  • Optional audio support

All content is delivered digitally via an online platform. No live coaching, therapy, or medical services are included unless explicitly stated.

Access is granted for as long as the Company continues to host the program.

WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR

This program is intended for adults (18+) who are willing to engage in honest self-reflection and personal responsibility.

This is not:

  • Therapy
  • Crisis support
  • A substitute for medical or mental health care

If you are currently in acute crisis, this program is not appropriate as a sole form of support.

PAYMENT & ACCESS

By purchasing the Program, you agree to pay the listed price at checkout.

Upon successful payment:

  • You receive immediate access to course materials
  • Digital content is considered “delivered” at the time access is granted

Because this is a digital product, access cannot be “returned.”

REFUND POLICY (14-DAY CONDITIONAL GUARANTEE)

We want you to feel confident in your decision — and we also expect personal responsibility.

Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

Requests submitted after 14 days will not be considered — no exceptions.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate good-faith participation in the program.

Your refund request must include:

  1. Proof of completion of at least Week 1 of the workbook (photos, screenshots, or PDFs are acceptable)
  2. A brief written explanation (3–5 sentences) answering:
    • Why the program was not a fit for you
    • What you expected that you did not receive

This policy exists to prevent people from downloading the material, consuming it, and requesting refunds without engagement.

How to Request a Refund

All required materials must be submitted before the 14-day window closes.

If documentation is incomplete or submitted late, the refund will be denied.

AFTER A REFUND IS ISSUED

If your refund is approved:

  • Your access to the Program will be immediately revoked
  • You must discontinue use of all materials
  • Any licenses granted to you terminate immediately

Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

NO REFUNDS AFTER THE REFUND PERIOD

After the 14-day refund period:

  • All sales are final
  • No partial refunds
  • No exceptions

This includes situations where:

  • You didn’t “have time” to complete the work
  • You changed your mind
  • You decided the program wasn’t a priority

Clarity requires participation. This program only works if you actually use it.

CHARGEBACKS

We do not tolerate chargebacks.

By purchasing, you agree to contact us first to resolve any concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as a violation of this Agreement and may result in loss of access to all current and future products.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All program materials are the property of Wayward Wellness Coaching LLC and are protected by copyright.

You are granted a non-transferable, personal-use license only.

You may not:

  • Share, reproduce, or distribute content
  • Upload materials to AI platforms, group forums, or shared drives
  • Resell or repurpose content

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

RESULTS & DISCLAIMERS

This program does not guarantee outcomes.

Your results depend on:

  • Your honesty
  • Your participation
  • Your willingness to apply what you uncover

No claims are made regarding income, healing, or specific personal outcomes.

FINAL NOTE (THE HUMAN ONE)

Burn the Blueprint is deep work — not passive consumption.

The refund policy exists to protect both you and the integrity of the program. If you show up and realize it’s not the right fit, we’ll honor that. If you don’t engage and want a bailout, that’s a no.
