    You’ll map out exactly where your energy goes each day — physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially — to uncover the hidden leaks and emotional overdrafts keeping you stuck in survival mode.
  • Reframing & Boundary Calibration
    Together, we’ll reframe the beliefs that make you overextend (like guilt, people-pleasing, or the need to prove your worth). You’ll learn how to reset your internal “capacity meter” so you can say no without spiraling.
  • Nervous System Regulation Practice
    I’ll guide you through simple, real-world regulation tools — the kind you can use on a shift, in traffic, or mid-conflict — to help your body come out of fight-or-flight and back into control.
  • Personal Audit Plan Creation
    You’ll leave with your own Energy Audit blueprint — a 3-part plan that shows you how to protect, rebuild, and maintain your energy like the valuable currency it is.
